VISN 9 Advanced Metering Project

Design Build Contractor for an advanced utility metering project at all VA facilities in TN, KY and parts of WV. The project consists of designing and installing a utility metering system (steam, chilled water, potable water, natural gas and fuel oil) capable of communicating utility data to a central collection point. This work includes electrical conduit installation, pulling of power and data wiring, installation of meters, final connections, and start up of the system. Responsible for leading the team to produce construction documents as well as the on-site construction team in the day-to-day implementation of the project, including phasing/scheduling of the work. Total value of construction is approximately $6.7 million.
