Roof / Window Assessments – John D. Dingell VAMC

HICAPS performed diagnostic water penetration investigations of the windows and IR thermographic inspections and nuclear moisture testing of every roof at the facility. Diagnostics were conducted according to ASTM and AAMA standards.
