Clean Room Procedure Facility

Design Build General Contractor – Upfit of a 5,400 sf a medical clean room facility. Project included demolition, new HVAC, new plumbing, new electrical system with emergency generator, and installation of clean room system. Responsible for quality of construction, coordination of subcontractors, execution of schedule and communications with owner personnel.
