In addition, HICAPS’ Construction Management Team typically will work with customers based on one of two preferred processes:

Construction Management at Risk (CM at Risk): In this case, the construction management service is based on a pre-negotiated contract.
Agent to the Owner: With this approach, HICAPS does not hold the license for general construction.
