HICAPS was contracted for Program Management and Construction Management services. HICAPS was involved in all phases of the installation and testing of the 100+ miles of the below ground distributive antenna system that comprises the WMATA subway communications network. Provided master scheduling, earned value management, R56 auditing and claims consulting.
