Thomas Built Buses C2 Manufacturing Facility

Construction Manager “As Agent” for fast-track design and construction of a 285,000 sft new state of the art bus manufacturing plant ($79 million). Project included site development of a 80 acre site, design and construction of the manufacturing facility, coordination of the delivery and installation of conveyor systems, bridge cranes, robotics, paint booths, paint kitchen, mag welders, and compressed air system. Project was designed and constructed in a 15 month period meeting the owner’s deadline and budget.
