Pallet Express – Relocation

HICAPS was hired by Pallet Express to represent them in the management of their plant relocation. This work included the drafting of the scope of work for relocation of conveyors, plant mulching machinery, IT and data, inventory, and personnel. HICAPS solicited and secured multiple bids for all scopes of work. Secured and managed contracts insuring a timely and successful phased relocation. The project was completed on time and within their budget.
