This renovation and tenant up-fit for a 3,000 square foot Massage Envy in Winston-Salem was awarded to HICAPS in November of 2012. As the General Contractor for this project, HICAPS completed all of the electrical, mechanical, and interior finishes for a full service massage therapy clinic. The Massage Envy was completed in 10 weeks at a cost of $300,000.
