The HICAPS construction team hit the ground running early this year securing several projects in the Triad area. One of which is a new expansion to the locally-owned bakery, Cheesecakes By Alex, in downtown Greensboro. Carl Wilson with The News and Record provides more detail below.
The Building Diagnostic division of HICAPS has been working with Central Piedmont Community College to provide air tightness testing and thermal imaging services. Leakages found in the fall of 2013 were sealed by HICAPS last March to reduce energy use and air infiltration. Take a look at the before and after images below.
