Services:
General Constructor for a new 25,000 sft medical clinic ($2.2 million). The project consisted of the complete renovation of an old printing plant into a new medical facility in 6 months. Work included the exterior renovation of the building, new utility services, new portico entrance, revised grades and new parking lot, new electrical, HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler systems. Constructed new waiting rooms, offices, exam rooms and labs.
