Services: General Contractor for a Hospital Renovation project ($1.3 million). Project consisted of renovation work in an existing pharmacy including demo, asbestos abatement, finishes, mechanical, electrical, and security upgrades as well as the relocation of the Bio-Med Department. Responsible to lead the on-site construction team in the day-to-day management of the project including phasing /scheduling of the work, implementing and tracking infectious control measures, and managing worker/patient safety programs.
