Services:  Provided Project Management, Engineering and Construction Management, Certified R56 Auditing and Warehouse Administrative Services for the Virginia State Police - STARS System.  Replaced an antiquated VHF conventional system with a P25 radio trunked voice and data system .   The physical geography of this system covers 42,700 square.
