Services:  General Contractor for a 3-Phase interior renovation 45,244 sft of the Existing Long Term Care Building (Building 42) and new construction of a Hospice Building 18,450 sft (Total Project Cost of $8.5 Million.)  Responsible for Project Scheduling & Budget, Job Costing, RFIs, Submittals, Owner’s/Architect’s Update Meetings and Project Inspections, Punch Lists and Close-out.
