Services:  General Contractor retained HICAPS to provide critical third party inspections of new Gaming Facility, where costs for re-work would significantly affect operations.  Concrete was tested for moisture prior to final finishes. Exterior cladding was inspected during installation.  Mock-up of window installation ensured no leaks confirmed with random testing.  Roofing assessment and scope of insulation damage also included.
