HICAPS was contracted to conduct building diagnostics during the construction of the new gaming facility for Harrah’s in the mountains of North Carolina. The Owner and prime contractor knew that once the facility was complete and operational, there was no chance to correct construction deficiencies. In addition to window testing, HICAPS conducted concrete moisture testing to guarantee optimal curing before specialized floor coating systems were placed.
